Nutrition is very important in keeping strong and healthy and the 25 nutritious evening meals included in the monthly rent assure a well balanced diet.

By dining in the elegant dining room, meeting your neighbours is simple and relaxing. This wonderful socialization flows over into the planned and unplanned coffee hours that often happen. You are a part of the community.

Transportation need not be a concern as we offer a weekday shuttle service with two vans for medical appointments and scheduled shopping excursions. For your personal vehicle we have heated underground parking.

Residents can feel free to enjoy leisure interests while Riverside Terrace staff carry out the tasks of weekly housekeeping and changing of the linen and towels.

For ease of mind, all residents receive an emergency response pendant  that is monitored 24-hours per day. Residents also have access to the professional services offered by our Tenant Services Coordinator, Chaplain and Housekeeping and Food Service Supervisor.

For guests, there are two suites available for residents to reserve for a nominal fee. There are private rooms that can be reserved for special occasions.

All these services and more are offered with a wide variety of floor plans, from 508 to 1318 sq. ft. ranging from one bedroom, one bedroom and a den, to two bedroom suites.

Twenty-four bed Personal Care Home on site.
A unique feature is the 24-bed Personal Care Home, including respite beds, located right inside the building. The bright and spacious area allows people the opportunity to remain in a familiar setting with their friends. Here they can continue to enjoy "assisted" living until such time as a long-term care facility is required.
