Riverside Terrace is a seniors' housing facility requiring residents to be 60 years of age and older. Potential residents must be independent to live in their own suite.

Individuals are encouraged to arrange for a tour prior to sending in their application to get a feel of the facility and ask questions they may have.

Residents sign a month to month lease. All new leases are non-smoking.
