Riverside Terrace is owned by Lanesborough REIT and managed and operated by LutherCare Communities. LutherCare Communities mission is to provide excellence in care, shelter, and support in a nurturing Christian environment for all entrusted to our care. The professional staff is here to fulfil our mission to make our residents feel at home.

Riverside Terrace offers services that make for a healthy, relaxed, secure and friendly environment for seniors. Our goals are to understand the needs of our seniors' community and to satisfy them.

There is a large common area where neighbors gather for coffee and friendship. We appreciate the importance of socialization and of providing the necessary environment.

We recognize that the residents have requirements such as getting to medical appointments and shopping. We make available a shuttle service that will take our residents to those appointments.

There is an active Residents' Association that works with management on matters directly affecting the interests and well-being of the residents. They also promote activities and projects for the benefit of the residents.
